Nigeria will need to beat South Africa on Sunday January19th, to be able to progress to the Quarter final stage of CHAN2014;South Africa top the group stage with 4 points on goal difference from Mali who has same points after both team played a 1-1 draw. South Africa needs only a draw,while Nigeria needs an outright win. Nigeria got her first win of the competition after beating the weeping boys of the group;Mozambique 4-2; goals from Ede , Rabiu Ali with two goals and Banarbas Imienger. Nigeria had to come from a goal down to win. Nigeria will have to use all in her Arsenal to confront South Africa who will have the home crowd behind them with vuvuzela blaring.If Stephen Keshi men wants to progress in this competition; they need to be discipline in every department, especially the goal keeping and mid field, which most time lead to defence break down.Also players like Salami and Ede should shun individual glory. Our teaming country men in South Africa will be behind the team.
