Latest data from comScore shows little change at the top of the U.S. smartphone market

The latest data from comScore is now in, and it shows very little change at the top of the U.S. smartphone market. Comparing the three month period ended in July with the three months ended in April, we see that Android's market share declined by 1 percentage point during that time period. That still left Android owning the majority of the stateside smartphone market, with 51.5%.



Apple's iOS picked up 1pp in the new market share tally, trailing Android by 9.1 percentage points. For the three months ended in July, iOS owned 42.4% of the U.S. smartphone market. Windows Phone finished third, ... Drop your comments and additions..Below
