The No. 1 Reason Why You Have Failed To Burn That Excess Fat Permanently.





SLIM IS THE LATEST SEXY



You would agree with me that in today's world, everyone

wants to get rid of those excess belly fat & body fat, then

look really sexy.





No one wants to remain looking like a balloon

and unattractive, especially Ladies.





Nigeria is not exempted. Our Nigeria ladies

wants to look like the Kim Kadarshian, J.Lo,

Omotola, Kate Henshaw etc.





But there presents a huge problem;





Despite the fact that we Nigerians have

so many information about burning fat in

our disposition and used them all ....





WE STILL REMAIN FAT & OBESE.





And YOU might be in that shoes right now





You have might have used any of the

following:





- Dieting

- Starving

- Exercising

- Diet Pills





And so many to mention. But it seems

you are going nowhere.





The moment you relapse a little in your fat

burning routine, you end up gaining the

weight back 2 times over.





So why is that happening, Why can't you

and most Nigerian totally blast off that Fat

permanently?





The Answer To These Questions Can Be

Found In Just Two Words:





WRONGLY INFORMED!





Sad to say, we have been wrongly informed

about how to lose weight the proper way in

Nigeria.





Seriously, we have been made to believe a

whole lot of gibberish trying to achieve the

lean and attractive look we've always desired





Unfortunately, most self acclaimed persons

called Dieticians and Weight Loss Experts

have seen this huge problem, done a Google

research, compiled and sell to you their own

information in form of books and memberships,

just to enrich their pockets.





Now it has become more of a Money Making

Avenue, rather than helping you to achieve

your aim first.





They are so many but let discuss just 2

Of Them and see what we have found out.





MISINFORMATION 1



ONLY HEALTHY FOODS & VIGOROUS EXERCISE

Can Burn Fat In Less Than 45 Days or So:





This is one idea that has been sold so much on

the Nigerian scene for the past 4 years or so.





Everywhere, both online and offline, people

from nowhere promotes their self acclaimed

'FAT BURNING SECRET' for huge amount of cash.





Most of them are sold in ebook formats like;

30 DAY FAT BURNING PROGRAM,

AMAZING 8 Weeks WEIGHT LOSS SECRET,

ONE DAY NATURAL BELLY FAT PLAN etc.





No don't get me wrong. I never said they

are complete liars and gold diggers.

Infact, I love the names they tag them.





No doubt, there are foods that can

actually burn fat and you have to

exercise too.





But the real truth is that; THEY CAN DO ONLY LITTLE.





Let me give you a very good example; A NEW BORN BABY!





From the day of its delivery, it lives

and develops on the nutrients from

one source of diet, bosom MILK.





But overtime, between 6-8 months, another

form of diet is introduced.



That is PROCESSED BABY FOODS.

(i.e. NAN Milk, Peak 123 Growing Up Milk etc).





And as time goes by, real foods would

be introduced until we become who we are.





But the question is? Why didn't we

continue on that bosom milk?





The Answer; Our Immune System Changes As We Grow Older.





Likewise, when it comes to burning fat,

healthy food & vigorous exercise can do little

because our immune system and every day

circumstances change from time to time.





At sometime, we might be able to bear

hunger pangs for a long period of time,

but now they can't stay without eating

3 square meals.







What if your body becomes allergic to

that food which help burn fat as you grow older?





What if you happen to you happen to

fall into a situation whereby you are

unable to access these type of

recommended foods, because of work

or ill health?





Well, I believe that is a food for thought for you and I.





Permit me to give you another scenario;





For one to get a complete cure he or

she needs of a chronic malaria, would

a doctor recommend only an antimalarial drug?





Hell no, because he knows that during

this period of illness, a lot of immune

deficits would be found like short of

blood, body weakness and others.





The doctor therefore would recommend

multivitamins, blood regenerating syrups,

pain killers and the rest to accompany the

antimalarial drug for complete eradication

and to fortify the body for possible future

attacks.





Why won't the doctor recommend just foods to take care of these deficits?





The same reason. Our body system

changes and just foods cannot do

the job alone.





What about Vigorous Exercise? While

exercising is necessary to burning fat,

too much of it does two things





a. Disfigures Your Entire Structure As You Get Older



b. Your Bones Aches You & You Depend On Pain Killers To Move Without Stress.





Take for instance, Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Heck that Commando guy looks good in

those days, but what about now?





Give him 10 more years and he will become

a living caricature, all disfigured. And I know

you don't want that in your own case,

especially for persons with rheumatoid arthritis,

diabetes.





So that being said, we need more than

just healthy foods and vigorous exercise

to remove this excess fat.





If we were to depend on them only,

then everyone should be as lean they

want. Don't you think so?





MISINFORMATION 2



YOU NEED TO DEVELOP A POSITIVE MINDSET TO BURN FAT





Though not a funny issue, I always laugh

my heart out whenever I hear or come

across this. Why would you need a mindset

if it really works?





Imagine having a headache and you know

you have to take Panadol to cure it. Then

you are told that you should have a

positive mindset for the Panadol to work.





HELLO?! Don't YOU think that is DECEIT at the highest level?





No matter how positive you are, if the

Panadol is fake, IT WONT SIMPLY WORK.

THAT IS THE BLATANT TRUTH!





When it comes to the issues of health,

it is either it works or it doesn't.





No MIDDLE POINT!





So if you are given a weight loss plan

that needs a mindset to work, just know

that you have little or no chance,

especially when you have a stubborn

belly fat to burn off.





True, one should be dedicated to a

course that he or she chooses, but

a positive mindset to get the final

remedy of a problem? That is totally

absurd.





These 2 Are Just Little Of The

MisInformation you, I and other

Nigerians were made to believe over

the years and these reports have

done a little to OPEN your minds

to these, let me call them. 'HALF TRUTHS'
