Within the next couple of days I will be sharing the pictures of my building, right from foundation to finishing.
It is officially a 4 bedroom duplex with other attending rooms.
Location: Lagos/Ogun Border town
Architect: Ihebrooke (the most outstanding nairaland architect by my judgment. Interestingly I haven't met him before
Substructure/Pillars and decking supervised by a Chartered Builder (non Nairalander)
Roof Cladding - Nnamdi (Brabus Connection). I wished he had handled the entire roofing.
Formwall Type - Mortalless Interlocking bricks by Sobric (200mm x 100m x 250mm). Very similar to hydraform bricks
Rendering and Plastering - Aventures (a perfect gentleman)
Televisions - twinskenny (a highly trustworthy fellow)
Granite Supplier - Chekihaut (I wished I had known him earlier. If you are building within and around Lagos and Chekihaut isnt supplying your granite, you are losing BIG TIME)
Project Manager - my very self (a mentee to all the great builders on Nairaland).
