Arsenal seems to be having one of the better seasons in many years, as the team steadily plays and more importantly, wins very often. The team is coming from a 2:1 victory over Aston Villa on the road last Monday, as they cleared up the game with two goals in two minutes scored by Giroud and Wilshere.
Seems that even serious injury of Walcott didn’t affect them much, as the team has five consecutive victories in all competitions, still leading the table at Premiership with a point more than second placed Manchester City and two points more than third placed Chelsea, while almost always facing up with several injury problems. The hosts are going for another victory in a local derby today, as the team gets the victories even when not playing that good. Just as in many previous games, they are facing with number of absences today as the hosts are missing winger Walcott (13/5), but also striker Bendtner (8/2), midfielders Rosicky (13/0) and Arteta (15/1), left defender Monreal (13/0) and couple of more than didn’t contribute much this season. Midfielder Vermalen and Ramsey are likely to be included into the squad or at least bench, although not being completely fit.

Fulham is coming from a 3:0 victory in FA Cup over Norwich few days ago at home. After several poor results in Premiership, this victory is surely giving some morale boost to the team from London, even though it’s just a cup game and both sides have entered the match with several key players rested.
More specifically, coach made nine changes to the original lineup and that’s why their victory seems to be even more valuable. Rest of key players was reasonable as Fulham played pretty poor in Premiership recently and their key target is to remain in the league at first. They are located just a point above the relegation zone and will surely be in a bit more difficult situation as Arsenal doesn’t seem to be like a team against which they can get points, even if the visitors give a good performance today. Only left defender Briggs (2/0) is expected be out for today’s game, as goalkeeper Stekelenburg and central defender Hangeland played in the Cup game and are now set to start again after a long time of absence.
Arsenal seems to be more than a strong favorite here, however the odds are too short. On the other side, Fulham plays quite openly, just like Arsenal, but they concede lot of goals although scoring too. Over goals is written all over the game and it wouldn’t be surprise if we see our line going over even after with hour of play or so.
